Two Ways to Convert PowerPoint to SWF Flash

There isn't a good share website to share office documents on internet. So, converting office documents to files used widely on internet is needed. I collect two methods of converting Microsoft PowerPoint to SWF Flash for you.

Method 1: FlashPaper

FlashPaper is a tool from Adobe. Documents printed to FlashPaper can be printed as Adobe Flash or Adobe Portable Document Format (PDF) files.

FlashPaper integrates seamlessly with Microsoft Office applications by adding a FlashPaper menu and FlashPaper toolbar buttons to Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel. The FlashPaper toolbar buttons let you create FlashPaper documents with a single click.

Step 1: Open the document you want to convert.
Step 2: Click the Convert current document to FLash toolbar button to convert the document to a FlashPaper SWF file.

FlashPaper is compatible with Microsoft Office. Besides PowerPoint 2010, you can also convert Word to SWF and convert Excel to SWF.

Method 2: PowerPoint to Swf Converter 3000

How to Use Different Background in the Same PowerPoint Presentation

Have you ever met this situation? In the same presentation, you can to express different things in different slide, but after you choosing the powerpoint template, all the slides have same backgrounds.

Don't worry, follow the steps to color and rich your slideshow!

Step 1 Open your powerpoint file, click the slide or slides you want to change background style.

Step 2On the Design tab, click Background Styles

Right click the background style you want. Then you can Apply to Selected Slides.

Click Background Styles - Format Background.

        Under Fill, you can customize your background style.
        1. Customize a solid color background for your presentation
        2. Customize a gradient background for your presentation
3. Add a texture background
4. Use a picture as a slide background
5. Delete or reset slide background

Differences and Advantages Between the New iPad and iPad2

The latest Apple device - the new ipad is confirmed to be released on March 7th. It fits with the release schedule of previous Apple iPads.

The upcoming release of the rumored the new ipad is having a seemingly adverse effect on its predecessor with a certain retailer offering the iPad 2 at a heavily slashed price. iPad 2 would be available for a price of $429 as opposed to the original $499.

Let's have a look at the advantages the new ipad will bring to us.

the new ipad has made a vast improvement in these sides:

Resolution: This display will offer double the resolution of the iPad and iPad 2, bringing the resolution of the screen to a whopping 2048 x 1536 pixels.
4G LTE: The ability to use the iPad on 4G LTE networks would mark the first time Apple has manufactured a 4G device, and there’s a very solid chance that the new iPad will have 4G built-in.
Camera: the new ipad will come with LED flash to support the camera. It is expected to have a 5MP camera with 1080p or 720p video recording quality of 60 frames per second. The technology made by OmniVision will help reduce the size of the table by 20 percent.
Processor: Apple is aiming to make the competition tougher by sporting an A6 Quad-core Processor in the the new ipad. This would make the the new ipad as powerful as any high-end desktop.
Design: Apple the new ipad will feature a new, thinner and sleeker design, down nearly 20 percent in size compared to the iPad 2.

Though the tablet promises quite a lot of new and exciting features, rumors indicate that it could be priced at a very high range. However, with the competition kicking in, I expect that the the new ipad will be set at a reasonable price. Nevertheless, are you going to buy the new the new ipad?
